Optional: Add Global Canned Answers

Global Canned Answers will be available in all text based interactions regardless of channel.


To add Global Canned Answers you go to "Tools" > "Canned Answers"



Press the plus sign in the lower right corner



Give the Canned answer a unique 5 character key.

Value = Text that you want to be inserted to ticket when choosing this canned answer.

Description = Description for Administrators
