Congratulations on your choice of Connectel Survey! To get your new functions up and running as smoothly and quickly as possible, there are some preparations we need from you. This document contains information and tasks to facilitate the remaining parts of the implementation. At Connectel, we look forward to collaborating with you.


Decide how you will use the function, start by compiling your questions and decide which channels you want to collect in surveys from. If you wish to send out surveys to customers you have had telephone contact with, you need to notify the Helpdesk which queues the survey should be sent to, and which survey belongs to which queue.
