Analytics is the built in function for creating reports. You have access to the majority of the database tables and you can select the different columns in the reports builder, or write your own queries. We recommend that you have some SQL knowledge when customizing reports in Analytics.

This article will explain how to download a standard report in Analytics.
Go to Analytics -> Reports and click Motion Reports:
Here you can e.g. choose Voice for Inbound calls or Motion Bull for Outbound calls etc.
We will click Voice -> Queues and download a standard Inbound Voice report:
The standard reports under Queues are:
Details: A detailed report on all your Inbound Queues which shows data from unique calls over a chosen period (Shows columns: UniqueId, CallerIdNum, CallerIdName, Queue, QueueJoinAt, QueueLeaveAt, QueueAbandon, QueueAbandonAt, Complete, CompleteAt, QueueExit, QueueExitAt, QueueExitReason, DID, TalkTime, AbandonTime, AnswerTime)
Calls Result: Shows the result from unique calls on all your Inbound Queues over a chosen period (Shows columns: CallerID, Queue, StartTime, EndTime, HoldTime, Answered)
Summary: Shows a summary from all queues over chosen time period (Shows columns: Queue, Offered, Answered, Answer Rate, Abandoned, Unmanaged, Tot TalkTime, AvgTalkTime, AvgAbandonTime)

You can also preview a report by clicking on the three dots and then Preview report.
To download the report click the three dots and then Run report:
Choose format and period, then click Run report:
Go to Analytics -> Extracted reports to find the report. Make sure Status says Completed (you might need to reload the page):
Scroll to the right, click the three dots and then Download Extracted Report:
