Filter widget data on disposition

In this article we will cover how to display data in a widget that has a specific disposition.

Step 1: Find a widget you wish to edit

Step 2: Edit the widget

Step 3: Add the disposition you want to track under the "filtering options". You can select several different ones if you wish as well.

Step 4: Click "SAVE"

And you are done! The widget will now only display data of calls/interactions that have the chosen disposition(s).
