How to show Disposition data in a widget (Skyview or Insights)

This guide explains how to create a widget in a Skyview Dashboard or an Insights Report showing the amount of times each disposition has been chosen for e.g. answered calls over a period.

For a Skyview Dashboard you can choose to show dispositions for Today (live) and in an Insights Report you can show dispositions for e.g. the last month or week.

How to show Disposition data in a widget

1. Open your Dashboard or report and add a new widget.

2. Choose widget Type, e.g. Bar chart, Table chart, Pie chart etc. Then click Save:

3. Choose a Period, e.g. Today (live) and choose filters if necessary, e.g. Queues or Accounts.

4. Add the following:

Group by: Disposition

Metrics: e.g. Answered Calls (Inbound) (Voice)

Then click Save:

This will show you all Dispositions for all answered inbound calls for today.
