Congratulations on your choice of Connectel Email! To get your new functions up and running as smoothly and quickly as possible, there are some preparations we need from you. This document contains information and tasks to facilitate the remaining parts of the implementation. At Connectel, we look forward to collaborating with you.
1. PREPARATION
Prepare the setup:
- Review where to use the feature: Make sure the email inbox is open for SMTP and IMAP.
- Create an email account alt. connect your existing account to Connectel's server.
- More information on setting up Modern Authentication with O365 here. You need to have dedicated Email Accounts (not shared inboxes) for Modern Auth to work in Connectel.
