What is a Pause?
A Pause is a label that can be used to identify an Agent Pause status for tracking the agent activities. In the pause section, you can create and manage different Pause Statused. Examples of paus statuses can be "Meeting", "Back office" or "After call".
How to create a new Pause Status
To create a new pause status go to Tools -> Pauses:
Click the plus in the bottom right corner:
Name the pause status and give a clear description as to what the pause is used for (the description is only visible in the admin view). Click Add Pause:
When using a Realtime Skyview Dashboard you will be able to see agents in Pause and how long they've been paused:
