Below you have a summary of links that will be useful in setting up Connectel for the first time. Follow the guides in the order listed below.

If you are already familiar with the platform and just need to be guided in setting up a new queue, learn about settings etc., you can find the guides under the folder Getting Started.


Set up your staff:

  1. Create your Supervisors
  2. Create your Agents
  3. Create your Teams
  4. Customize your pause statuses


When this is done you can proceed with setting up your Channels and Queues:

  1. Inbound Voice

  4. Chat
  5. Survey


To set up your Dashboards and Reports, use these guides:
