Log in to Connectel as an administrator and click Survey.
Click Settings and Manage surveys. Then edit the survey in which you want to add an answer group to:
Click Add new factor:
or click Edit on an existing factor/question:
Click Add new answer group:
On the left side you will see the existing answer groups. On the right you will add the new answer group.
Name: Choose an internal name for the answer group, e.g. "Not satisfied/Satisfied".
Negative to positive scale: Yes or no
Number of answer options: How many answer options should be available.
Finally fill in the answers to each option.
Then click Save.
The Answer group has now been created - now you just need to add it to the factor/question. Click Edit on the factor/question:
Click the Answer group drop down:
Change to the new answer group. Then click Save:
Finally save the Survey.
