Sometimes clearing cookies will fix some issues with resources not showing, like contacts, email or similar things.

To clear cookies for the connectel system follow these steps.

1. Log out of the system so that you see this screen. If you can't logout close the tab with connectel and open a new one and go to "yourdomain" and follow the steps.

2. Click the padlock in the address bar

3. Click the option for Cookies

4. Click if that is present and then press delete, do the same for ***** then press done.

5. Then reload the site using the reload button.
