Prerequisite

MFA needs to be activated for administrator and managers before you can buy and manage numbers in Connectel portal.

Follow this article to activate it:

How to buy numbers

First login to portal with an administrative account.

Then click on portal

Then go to "Purchase Numbers"

If you have more than one organization connected to your account you can switch between them here.

To select the country you want to but a number in press here.

Then you find you destination in the list with all the cities

When you found the city you would like to but a number to you first choose what Voice URI (Telephony system) you want this number to be connected and routed to.

Then you enter how many numbers you would like to buy.

Then hit "add to cart"

When you have added all numbers that you would like to but to the cart you click in "Go to checkout"

Here you will see the total set-up cost and the total monthly cost. 

Also you can remove numbers from the cart if you decide you don't want them anymore.

And there is also some information that is necessary to read and confirm.

When you confirmed that you read and understood and approved of the agreement you can purchase your numbers.

How to manage numbers

To manage your existing numbers you can to "Your numbers", here you can see and terminate you numbers.

Order History

If you want to see the history of your orders you can press "Order history" and you will see all the purchases that has been made on your organization.
