Schedule and share your most important Dashboards with your team
With our scheduling feature you can decide how often you want to receive dashboards via email, this way you no longer need to open Skyview to view your dashboards. You can also schedule dashboards to email addresser who don't have a Connectel account.
How to schedule a Skyview Dashboard
Open the dashboard you wish to schedule and scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard. Click More options and Schedule report:
Fill in the details:
- Name of the scheduled report
- Recipients. Add several recipients in the following format:
hannah.peters@connectel.se,jens.leijon@connectel.se
- Choose a date and time for the report to be scheduled
- Choose if you want a frequency, e.g. Every day, Every week or Every month
- Channel: E-mail
- Attachement format: PDF or PNG
Click Create.
Click View to see your scheduled reports:
To delete the scheduler click the trash can:
