Share a Skyview Dashboard or an Insights Report with anyone!
With our share feature you can share a Dashboard/Report with someone who is not a Connectel user, simply by adding their email address. This gives you the ability to share Dashboards/Reports with e.g. management teams or partners etc., making collaboration more seamless than before.
They will then receive a link to the Dashboard/Report in an email and will be able to access the link for a limited time period.
How to share a Dashboard/Report with an external user
Share a Skyview Dashboard
Open the Skyview Dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the page, click More Options and then Share dashboard:
Add the recipients email address and click Send link:
To send the dashboard to several recipients, separate the email addresses with a comma.
The recipient will receive an email with the link and can access the dashboard for a limited time. The recipient can't make any changes in the dashboard.
Share an Insights Report
Open the Insights Report. At the top right, click the three dots and then Share report:
Add the recipients email address and click Send link:
To send the report to several recipients, separate the email addresses with a comma.
The recipient will receive an email with the link and can access the report for a limited time. The recipient can't make any changes in the report.
