Cost Explorer is used to calculate the cost for each interaction (e.g. voice, email and chat). The widget can be used both for reporting in Insights and for realtime dashboards in Skyview.

How to add a Cost Explorer Widget in Skyview and Insights

In your report in Insights or your dashboard in Skyview, scroll to the bottom and click Add Widget

Give the widget a title and choose the type Cost Explorer
Then click Save

Choose which time period, and other metrics (e.g. queues, email accounts, answered calls/emails etc.)

Then add the total cost for the period (e.g. last 30 days according to the example above). Choose currency and then click Save

You will see the cost of each answered call (according to the example above), total cost for the chosen time period and total amount of answered calls
