If you want to be notified e.g. when wait time is longer than X or you have more than X amount of abandoned queue calls you can add a threshold to a metric and choose to receive notifications or text messages when reached.

How to receive notifications for reached thresholds


Go to the widget in Skyview or Insights, click on the three dots in the top right corner and click Edit Widget:

Hover over the metric that you want to add a threshold to, e.g. Waiting, click on the pen:


Click Add threshold:
Add the rules for the threshold, e.g. greater than '20' and enable the notification bell so it turns green:
Now you will receive a notification when the threshold is reached:


Choose how often you want to receive the notifications:



The notification will show on the login page, in Skyview and in Insights.
Every user who has access to the dashboard will receive the notification.




How to receive SMS notifications for reached thresholds


Go to the widget in Skyview or Insights, click on the three dots in the top right corner and click Edit Widget:

Hover over the metric that you want to add a threshold to, e.g. Waiting, click on the pen:


Click Add threshold:


Add the rules for the threshold and enable like the image below. Area code can be added either with e.g. 0046 or +46. When adding several numbers separate the numbers with a comma:
Choose how often you want to receive SMS notifications:



How to activate SMS notifications as an administrator

To activate SMS-notifications in Skyview/Insights go to Portal -> Organizations. Click the pen to the right:

Then Enable SMS:


Click OK to accept the cost:

Then click Save.
