How to activate Login in Pause on an agent

If you want agents to be automatically paused when logging in, meaning they won't receive calls immediately, you can enable Login in Pause on the agents profile.



How to enable Login in Pause on an agent

In the Admin interface, go to Staff -> Agents. Click on the three dots to the agent you want to activate Login in Pause for:

Under Account enable Login in Pause (it should turn blue). Click Save:
