This guide explains the requirements for SSO (Single Sign On) between Survey and Connectel login/portal for agents and users.

For new users/agents

  1. Add the user/agent under Staff in the Connectel platform (under the Agent/User module). Make sure to add the correct email address as the email address will be matched with the address added in the Survey module.

  2. Add the user/agent in the Survey module.

For existing users/agents

  1. Check the email address that is added in the agents/users profile in the Connectel platform (under Staff in the Agent/User module) and make sure the same email address is used for the user in the Survey module. If it is the same address SSO will be activated for the user.

  2. The email address that will be used for signing into survey can be found in the Portal module under Users
