In this article we will learn how a admin/user in Connectel can reset an agents' password.
1. Log in with your admin/user account.
2. Go to "Staff" -> "Agents"
3. Click on the three vertical dots marked in the image.
4. Click on "Edit Agent" in the drop down menu that opens up.
5. Click on the "Reset Password Button"
6. Choose a new password for the agent.
7. Done! The agent can now log in with their new password.
