This guide explains:
- How to add Statistics to the landing page
- How to change statistics on the landing page
The widget can show Count metrics from the last 30 days.
Only Admins can add and configure the widgets on the landing page.
The widget will be shown to all users (users, administrators and agents) within the platform.
How to add Statistics to the landing page
To add statistics to the landing page click Activate statistics module:
Then click Landing Page:
Then click widgets:
Add a Title and metrics, e.g. Offered calls, Answered calls and Abandoned calls. Click Save:
If the widget is not filtered on Members or Queues it will show data from all queues and members the platform.
Now you will see the statistics on the Landing page:
How to change the statistics on the landing page
Click the pen in the top right corner of the Statistics widget on the Landing page:
Click Landing Page and then widgets:
Add/remove metrics and click Save:
If the widget is not filtered on Members or Queues it will show data from all queues and members the platform.
