Set up your staff:

  1. Create your Supervisors
  2. Create your Agents
  3. Create your Teams
  4. Add Agents to Team
  5. Optional: Customize your pause statuses

When this is done you can proceed to setting up your channels

  2. Motion Bull Dialer
  3. Email
  4. Chat
